We offer a 30-day return window beginning from the date your order is delivered. To qualify for a return, products must be factory-sealed with all original packaging fully intact. Any product that has been opened, reconstituted, or stored outside our recommended conditions cannot be accepted for return.
Because our compounds require strict temperature control and handling protocols, we can only guarantee product integrity for items that remain in their original shipped condition.
Should your order arrive with any damage, missing items, or products that do not match your order confirmation, please reach out to our support team within 7 calendar days of receiving your shipment. Include your order reference number along with clear images showing the problem. After our team confirms the issue, we will either send a corrected shipment at our expense or issue a full credit to your account.
Once a return is approved, your refund will be credited back through the same payment channel you used at checkout. Most refunds appear within 5 to 10 business days, though exact timing depends on your financial institution.
Original shipping fees are not included in refund amounts. The only exception is when the return results from a mistake on our end in that case, we cover all shipping costs both ways.
